Warranty Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

At Maxarie Living, we aim to provide customers with products that meet their applicable product descriptions and quality expectations. This Warranty Policy explains how customers can contact us when a product has a manufacturing defect or other qualifying issue.

1. Product Warranty

Any warranty that applies to a particular product will be stated on the applicable product page or included product documentation.

If no specific manufacturer's or product warranty is stated for a product, Maxarie Living does not represent that the product is covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty beyond any rights provided by applicable law.

2. Defective Products

If you believe that a product is defective, contact Maxarie Living as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Your name.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Photographs or video of the issue when appropriate.

  • Any other information reasonably needed to evaluate the product.

3. Warranty Review

After receiving your request, Maxarie Living will review the information provided and determine the appropriate next steps.

Depending on the circumstances, an eligible warranty claim may result in:

  • Replacement of the affected product.

  • Repair where appropriate.

  • Refund where applicable.

  • Another resolution permitted by applicable law.

A warranty claim does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. The product and circumstances must be reviewed first.

4. Issues Not Normally Covered

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a specific product warranty, warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Misuse or improper use.

  • Improper installation.

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations.

  • Failure to follow applicable product instructions.

  • Damage occurring after delivery that was not caused by a product defect.

5. Damaged Items on Delivery

If an item arrives damaged, contact Maxarie Living as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when available.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

6. Returns and Warranty Claims

A warranty claim and a standard return are separate processes, although a qualifying defective product may also be eligible for return under our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered, subject to the requirements of our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should contact Maxarie Living before returning any product.

7. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Where a manufacturer provides a separate warranty, its terms, coverage period, exclusions, and claim procedures may apply.

Customers should review any warranty information provided with the product or displayed on the applicable product page.

8. Legal Consumer Rights

This Warranty Policy does not limit any consumer rights, guarantees, warranties, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides additional protections, those legal rights continue to apply.
